The hotel was sufficient and we appreciated the complimentary water. The pick up from airport was appreciated particularly when our flight got in at 00:35am!

Booking service was fantastic - we had to rearrange a date after full payment and it was not a problem. The service was efficient and gave many confirmation emails which was appreciated.

I stayed on Dec.13 and they forgot to wake up call next morning.
So I almost miss flight to Chiang Mai.
The room is OK and Taxy goes to the airport 60 bath.

Hotel is nice and ok. Quit far away from bangkok. with taxi about 35 min. Nice hotel for 3-5 days near airport and good standard. Staff is kind and friendly.Enjoyed the 24 h roomservice. everytime again....

Over all was OK but bahtroom was dirty and very small this price not include tranfer to the airport breakfast was excellent !

we must to pay at the hotel again after we paid in credit card alredy cause they havn t had my data but they tranfer money back to me after he confirmed with Sawadee after check out 1 day ( it s not good )

Good hotel, near to airport. Takes about an hour to get into Bangkok. Hotel provides pickup service from the airport ( 150 BHT ) - if you experienced and be able to get a taximeter taxi it is about 50 BHT.
Perfect stay if you need to get a flight the next morning! Good value!

i only stayed for 1 night but found the hotel a very pleasant stopover. the staff were all very friemdly and helpful. he only thing that i can suggest to improve things is to have kettles in the rooms. if i have to stopover another time i will definately use this hotel.
