this villa serves as an excellent venue for relaxation. The home exudes
a quiet, comforting air with its state of the art design and modern

villa is the dramatic large swimming pool, which extends out in front
of the home. The private pool spans the length of the four bedroom two
story villa, with a Jacuzzi and steam room available.
The villa
is set over three levels within an open plan living space with a lounge,
kitchen and dining area, alongside two bedrooms and its en suite bathrooms.
On the upper level, you will find the remaining two bedrooms. The basement
has the workout facility and recreation area.

Four Bedrooms Pool Villa
Four bedroom villa with
a modern tropical design and huge private pool.
There are four
bedrooms in the villa, two on the upper level and two on the lower level
next to the swimming pool and garden. Each room has the same design.
A large walk in closet adjoining a bathroom with a tub and shower facility,
the bedroom has a bed, a wall mounted 46 inch flat screen television
along with two Italian leather sofas for relaxation, and a lounge chair.
There is natural lighting from windows with cushioned walls, full insulation
for cooling, and tiles on the floor. Each room has its own cable TV
box for added pleasure. Making your way to the upper level on the modern
tempered glass staircase, you are greeted with a utility room, then
the two other bedrooms. One bedroom is the child’s room; the distinction
is it has multicolored cushions with every other feature previously
described. The Master bedroom is similar to the first floor with a computer
table for working late at night in the peaceful confines of your room.
There is the 50 inch flat screen TV, the lounge chair, and the bed.
Baths There are six bathrooms in the villa,
four of which are en suite and have showers toilets along with a bathtub
and wash basins. The fifth bedroom is next to the billiards room and
is home to a toilet and wash basin. The final bathroom is located in
the maid quarters in the back of the house.
Kitchen
Located on your right when entering the open plan space, the kitchen
is very modern and built to suit the standards of western visitors.
Surrounded by a worktop and with lots of units, dishware and cutlery,
the kitchen has a choice selection of modern appliances such as an oven,
microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, rice cooker, and a toaster.
The kitchen provides bar seating for four with filtered water and automatic
ice maker in the refrigerator, three sinks, and cooking area for all
of your dining needs along with a television.
Living Room The living room is spacious and
stationed in the middle
of the home. Lounge is the essence of comfort. The luxurious 8-seat
leather settee is a good example of the lounge area’s style and panache,
and with entertainment features that include a 50 inch flat screen TV
with international cable channels, you are spoilt for choice.

Poolside Lounge
Nestled amongst the Kitchen, the Billiards Room, and the Living Room is the poolside lounge.
Sporting Italian leather sofas for ten people and a drop down 50 inch flat screen television as you face the pool.
This cool luxurious area allows for relaxation or a rest area between swims.
Fitness Center
On the basement level is a fully state of the art Olympic weight training center with a view of the pool
from below through an aquarium designed viewing frame .The weights are both machine and free with
dumbbells along with cable machines, barbells, ab machine, incline/decline smith machine,
and lat pull down machines. This 120 sq m room provides every modern convenience necessary to maintain your fit lifestyle.
