Sea Sun Sand Resort and Spa
Accommodation and facilities:
On arrival at 2am, we were told our booking had been cancelled but reception could not explain by who. We were then asked for a deposit of $200 NZ$ (4326 TBH). The air conditioning in our room didn t work, the shower inadequate, TV remote didn t work, and we were placed in a back room with no view.We asked for the air conditioning to be looked at (1pm) however staff were still trying to arrange up until midnight. I did love the orchid bridge.
Very efficient. Confirmation received quickly of booking and they sorted out the issue regarding the booking. We were advised by the staff at the resort not to use this site again however it appears the issue was not with sawadee.com
